Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information Submit truthful, complete, and current information when requesting services.
• Maintain Account Security Protect any login credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• Not Misuse Services Refrain from using our services for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for our SEO services are as follows:

• Invoicing Invoices are issued monthly or per project milestone as outlined in your agreement.
• Payment Due Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
• Late Payments A 2% monthly late fee may apply to overdue balances.
• Refunds Refunds are handled case-by-case per your individual service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the TechKyron website — including text, graphics, logos, images, code, and software — is the property of TechKyron and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Any deliverables provided as part of SEO services (e.g., reports, strategies) are licensed for your internal business use only.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Any business data, strategy, analytics, or proprietary information shared with us during our engagement will be handled with strict confidentiality.

We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except when required by law or when necessary to deliver services (under strict NDA-backed agreements).

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for outstanding results, SEO is inherently affected by external factors beyond our control (e.g., Google algorithm changes, competitor activity).

• No Guaranteed Rankings We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
• Limited Liability Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the prior 3 months.
• No Indirect Damages We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• Final Deliverables All completed work and pending reports will be handed over.
• Outstanding Payments Any unpaid invoices become due immediately upon termination.
• Data Return Your data will be returned or deleted per your instruction.

Third-Party Services

Our website and services may integrate with or link to third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, hosting providers).

We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or performance of these third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Modifications to Terms
